Agile Manufacturing vs. Lean Manufacturing

Abstract The aim of this paper is to describe characteristics agile manufacturing and analyse the needs benefits under conditions uncertainty market turbulence. It also describes four main changes in production environment which were implemented thanks methods, compares lean manufacturing, while describing their intersections differences achieving set goals. conclusion summarises advantages identified suitable for organizations after implementation as those are important facts that can play a significant role survival re-establishment balance periods uncertainty.
